Frequently asked questions

How does the free trial work?

Every new business gets a free trial with no card required. You can explore the dashboard, build your site, and take a real test booking before you decide to subscribe.

How do I pay?

Wahy bills in Kenyan Shillings through M-Pesa (Safaricom Daraja STK Push) — you'll get a prompt on your phone to approve each payment. We never handle card or bank details.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. Every plan includes a free name.wahylabs.com address from day one. Connecting a domain you already own — like yourname.co.ke — plus a business email address on it, is a paid add-on on any plan.

What happens if a payment doesn't go through?

Nothing disappears immediately. Your account moves to a grace period, your site stays live, and nothing is deleted — your billing page shows a Pay with M-Pesa option so you can settle up and carry on.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, at any time — email us at contact@wahylabs.com and we'll cancel your subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals; your site stays live until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Can I run my site in Kiswahili?

Every site supports an English and a Kiswahili locale, and you choose which one is the default for your customers. Kiswahili copy is still being completed theme by theme — if you spot English text where you expected Kiswahili, that's why.
